I started the 30 Day Shred once again on Monday. So far its kicking my
hiney pretty good. After finishing it the first time around, my hubby and I went on vacation and I gained back all that I had lost plus a few extra pounds. Now I am trying it again and hopefully will have better results. I will try to update my progress again on day 10. I have also added walking daily to my routine, hopefully this will help lose some extra pounds!
