God Has a Sense of Humor

I now truly believe that God does have a sense of humor, he brought our beautiful daughter into this world 3 weeks early and today is 2 days past the due date for baby #2 and still no baby. I know that God's timing is always perfect even though we may not think so, but I am telling you that He has got to be giggling just a little bit watching my 40 wk and 2 day pregnant body waddle around this world. I find it a little comical most days when I can't get out of bed, other days I burst into tears for the same reason. So I hope that my next post is telling you all about the new bundle of joy that has joined our little family and that God now just has a smile on his face for the new little miracle that has joined this world.

Still Waiting

We are still awaiting the arrival of our newest addition and I am getting a little anxious. With our daughter the doctor sent me to the hospital at one of my regular check ups, 37 wks, or what we think was my 37 wk check up and our daughter was born late that night. I am now at 38 wks and 1 day and I am so nervous about going into full fledged labor at home, by myself with the possibility of Brenna being here and scaring the life out of her if I can not stay calm. I know that God's timing is always perfect and I should be patient, but sometimes my silly, anxious thoughts get the best of me. I hope to be posting in a few days that we have a new addition, but I am not going to hold my breath for too long.

Christmas 2008

I know that I am a little late with my Christmas post but life has been a little stressful lately. We had 3 Christmases in 1 week and still have one more tomorrow. Here are a few pictures of Miss Brenna enjoying Christmas.
